Hi Team,
I am having a wierd issue where in if I post a comment on RITM as 'hi' then it is not flowing to catalog task.
Again if I post any thing other than 'hi' the RITM is cascading the comments to catalog task as expected.
Can someone please assist me on fixing this issue.
Thanks in Advance.

Copying an additional comment or work note from an RITM record to a SCTASK record is not out of the box behavior, so you likely have added Business Rule(s) in your environment. You would need to check the logic in the script of the rule(s) to see why a two-character comment is ignored.

Apologies Brad, I didn't see you said the same thing 🙂

It happens, no worries. We've had discussions with the team about trying to get the page to refresh when a reply is posted (like the old Community platform did) in an attempt to head this off, but they haven't been able to make that happen yet. There used to be an option to delete a post, which was nice for saving face, but someone discovered that gave everyone the permission to delete anything.😬

Cascading the comments from RITM to task is not an OOTB feature, so it's something that is custom made in your instance.
You'll need to provide us the script which does that in your instance, in order to help you.
