Hi Team,
RITM State Flow: As an ITIL User,
I should see the following State Options & Transitions on RITM records.
- Open
- Starting State on Creation
- Transition to Work in Progress: When ANY child SCTASK's State moves to Work In Progress, the RITM's state should move to work in progress
- Transition to Closed Complete: If ALL child SCTASK's States are Closed Complete and/or Closed Skipped, the RITM's state should move to Closed Complete
- Transition to Closed Incomplete: If ANY child SCTASK's States are Closed Incomplete, the RITM's workflow should stop, and the state should move to Closed Incomplete. Similarly, for, Work in progress and Pending i have same way of requirement. which is the best approach to do this.
