Service portal CSM - default language when not connected

Hi everyone !

I'm actually trying to set French as default language, when users arrive on my CSM portal.

I've set glide.sys.language system property to FR, but the Service portal page stays in english, as you can see in attached picture...

Does anyone know how I could set default language for Service portal pages ?

Ok, so there's a few things to unpack here. If you've installed the French Language Pack, then after setting the system default property if French translations exist within the 5 translation tables then they will show for users with no language preference (you may need to perform a cache.do to force the browser to pull the translations),

With regards to the /CSM portal, it will always show as English for a non-logged in user unless you leverage some of our newer features in the Tokyo release - I detail these in our "In Platform Language Support Guide" on our blog (well worth a thorough read, because a lot of what you need is detailed in there, I would also recommend checking out the two webinars at the bottom),
