Hi all,
I'm currently going through one of the ServiceNow Micro-Certifications called "Welcome to ServiceNow". I'm pretty familiar with ServiceNow and have been buzzing right through the tasks. However, I am stuck on Assessment Simulator Task 5: Order an item from Service Catalog. I didn't have any issues with task 1 (Search for and select the Apple Watch), and 2 (Order the watch), but on task 3 (Favorite the Apple Watch request from the Order Status Screen), which I thought would be no different than adding favorites that I have done through many courses. For the life of me I tried everything I could think of - tried adding a favorite from the REQ, RITM, and SCTASK, logged in as system administrator and made the same request, and a search from the home page on "order status" pulled up anything. When logged in as system administrator I did find an "Ordered Items Link" but that didn't show anything either. Looking through the "Doc Search" I was able to stumble across Configuring the order status screen and how to get the status of an order through the VA, but nothing specific to making a favorite. I believe I read somewhere that you should be able to make a favorite right after you have submitted the REQ but I did not find any place on the screen I was provided to create a favorite. PLEASE HELP

@DuaneB . You got to catalog > search for apple watch and click the order now button.
On the order status screen thats where you click the favorite in the screen shot i sent.
Self-Service > Service Catalog
On the catalog page > search for the apple watch and on its page click on the order now.
On the order status page click the star by the request number to update favorite.
Service Catalog > Catalog
On the catalog page > search for the apple watch and on its page click on the order now.
On the order status page click the star by the request number to update favorite.

I have a problem too with the scenario.
I follow every steps as shown by Mexiprince but when i validate the task, it ask to order an "Apple Watch Series 2 with a 42mm case" (not the Apple Watch actually in the lab instance). The is no other Apple Watch in the instance.
As anyone seen this problem?

@VincentBlouin . Yours is a unique situation and you may want to repair the lab or machine learning settings. However, only active catalog items display as available. If you view all the catalog items/inactive items inclusive you will find Apple Watch Series 2
Service Catalog > Catalog Definitions > Maintain Items
Click the All on the filtered list/breadcrumb. then all the item option shows and you can see the Apple Watch Series 2 is inactive in Hardware category.
make active and see if you can order same from the service catalog, hardware category with the option selected and and validate.
