Team calendar is not displaying Work Order Tasks.

As the Question Title describes, Managers (users with wm_manager role) can't visualize the work order tasks of the agents in their assignment groups even when we fulfill the conditions provided in the documentation.

From the documentation we know the following:

“Field service managers can use the team calendar to view a list of agents in their assignment groups and the work order tasks and events that are assigned to the agents”.

So currently, there is a Manager User (testUser) that have as agents all the members of certain group called dispatchGroup. Then, when a Work Order Task is created and it is assigned to some of the agents in dispatchGroup (illustration 1), the expectation is to visualize it in the Team Calendar, but it is not displaying the Work Order Tasks (illustration 2).

Even if the Work Order Task is moved through the life-cycle, it is not displaying in the Team Calendar regardless its state. So this lead us to the following questions:

  • Can some one please provide evidence that this is working? (Team Calendar displaying Work Order Tasks)
  • What field or fields are used to map Work Order Tasks into the Team Calendar? (Window Start field assumed in this case)

Any information leading to the correct configuration of the Team Calendar is appreciated.

It works. There is a configuration in agent_schedule_task_config table where you can set the start and end fields for rendering the work order task on Calendar.
