Hi, I'm attempting to add customer service product to my PDI and I'm having trouble finding how to do it. Can you provide a simple step-by-step guide to adding customer service management to my PDI so I can explore it and use the API?

Hi @DimaB ,
I can understand as few of the plugins are now Store Applications which needs to be downloaded from ServiceNow Store , however since you are using an PDI from your Personal Email address, it won't allow you to store and download as it requires customer email address.
So, on your PDI navigate to Application manager and look for "com.sn_customerservice"
