UI Action not showing up in the Agent Workspace even after enabling the Workspace Form Menu checkbox

Workspace Menu is enabled and the UI Action is active but still this doesn't show up in the Agent Workspace Menu.

Does that user has roles to access this UI action?

Did you specified any conditions your UI actions?

I might just have had a similar issue. Workspace Form Button works, but Workspace Form Menu doesn't (and this is in Rome).

I'm OK using the button for my requirement.

You need to create it 'sys_ux_form_action' table as well
