Walkup Experience - Managing Walk-Up Appointments in CSM Workspace

Hi everyone,

I am looking for guidance on how to Book and Reschedule Walk-up appointments in the CSM workspace.  Any tips or instructions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Victoria,

You can manage Walk-up appointments through CSM Configurable Workspace, provided the required Walk-up and Appointment Booking features are configured.

  • Open CSM Configurable Workspace.

  • Navigate to Walk-up > Appointments.

  • Open the required appointment to view its details.

  • Use the available booking or rescheduling action.

  • Select an available date and time, then confirm.

Make sure the required plugins and appointment configurations are enabled.

One thing to note is that the available actions may vary depending on your ServiceNow release and workspace configuration.
