What are the current approval levels and closure codes for CHG in latest ServiceNow version

Hi all

Can someone please help clarify two things related to Change Requests CHG in the current 2025 version of ServiceNow

  1. Approval Levels
    Back in 2021 we had approval levels like Level 0 Level 1 and so on depending on risk and CI ownership
    What is the current approval level structure in ServiceNow for CHG workflows such as Level 0 to Level 3
    Who typically approves at each level and are these levels configurable based on change type

  2. Closure Codes
    In 2021 I remember we had closure codes like

  • Successful

  • Successful with issues

  • Failed

  • Non compliant

What are the current default closure codes available in the latest version of ServiceNow for Change Requests
Have any new codes been introduced such as Rolled Back or Partial Success

Thanks in advance I would appreciate any updated list or documentation if available

Look at the dictionary record for 'close_code' on the change_request table, a related list of choices is on that form. Seems more details are needed on how you handled Approval Levels.
