What role does a user need to be able to create an account contact? in CSM Application.

sn_customerservice_manager or admin will suffice to create accounts or contracts.

ServiceNow officially states to assign the 'sn_customerservice_manager' role for this (another option is 'sn_customerservice_agent' + 'sn_customerservice.contact_manager', however this is *NOT* intended by ServiceNow).
