when i see a incident in SOW view Caller information is not showing on the Record information card.

Hi Team,
I want to have the Caller name on the Caller Record Information card in the SOW interface , it is showing the
" Requested for" so that it is consistent with the rest of the platform.
under the caller , requested for user name is displaying , how to achieve it.?

Hi Ankur,
Thanks for your reply, i already gone through that link and watched video and tried too, when i open the UI Builder and select the SOW , i will be landing on this page like below.
But not able to navigate to this below page as per that article. to achieve the requirement.
can you guide me on this, how to navigate to the above yellow highlighted page.

why you want Requested for in that Record information?
Incident doesn't have Requested for field
Incident is raised by caller
what's the business requirement for this?
