configure record information tab in service operations workspace

I am working in service operations workspace (change request form). I want to hide these highlighted values from record information contextual side bar. can anybody please help me to give solution?

I have tried using UI builder but I am not able to see the body while configuring this record information contextual sidebar.

You need to copy/duplicate the OOTB Record Information SNC contextual sidebar and just edit it in UI Builder. Remember to to change the order to the lowest for your custom variant so it shows. This useful video walks you through how this is done:

thanks for your reply but as I mention even after I duplicate variant, the body is not visible(refer to 2nd image).

I perform the same steps as mentioned in YT video.

How to hide or grey out "reassign" button from record information tab for all "resolved incidents" in SOW.
