Hi,

sys_user table is the right answer, please refer to the following official documentation:

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/paris-customer-service-management/page/product/customer-service-m...

Note: A contact is a user in the system. If you create a contact, that person is also added to the User table (sys_user).

If I have answered your question, please mark my response as correct and/or helpful.

Thank you very much

Cheers
Alberto

Hi,

Customer information includes the account and contact information for a customer or partner. Consumer information includes the name, phone number, and one or more addresses for a consumer.

A contact is a user who is an employee of an account and Contact are stored into sys_user table.

Refer this:

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/orlando-customer-service-management/page/product/customer-service...

If my answer helped you in any way, mark answer as helpful and correct.

Thanks and Regards,
