Hi , I have converted the catalog items into record producers and tried submitting the case in portal as an user having sn_customerservice.customer,
snc_internal,
sn_apptmnt_booking.appointment_booking_user,
task_activity_reader roles.
But as soon as I click on submit , the page redirects to an error message stating" Requested record not found". A case is being created but its not visible for the customer. The same works fine for an agent and admin. Can anyone help me on this? Why does it restrict only the user having these certain roles? Kindly help me solve this issue..

It seems that you need to set the contact information.

Hi, Once you submitted, refer to the url in the address bar. I assume it, once submitted it's routed to ITSM page, not CSM page.
csm?id=sc_category&sys_id=1b8611d5c3921200b0449f2974d3ae12
Page is main reason to restrict the view and update.
Suresh.
