Do you have any product documentation on how to transfer over existing Visual Task Boards that had been set up by teams and are actively being leveraged? Is that something that is even possible without having to customize? We have numerous teams who have adopted working from guided VTBs. I am trying to figure out how to transition them all, without alienating the users and owners by making them recreate everything in CWM. I'd greatly appreciate any guidance or insight that you can share.
Also, I appreciate all the great content you have out here for CWS! I'm actively building out the pilot program for our organization and we have a lot of interest. All the artifacts that are out here have been really helpful!

Hi @LailaL, no plans in the upcoming roadmap to support migration from VTB. However, you could create a custom script to migrate existing VTB tasks to CWM.
Other features that could be helpful as well
- Duplicate board - You mentioned guided VTBs, if these are repeatable tasks in the same format, you could create a board and duplicate the board multiple times so that the effort to recreate the tasks is reduced
- Board templates - (coming soon) Centralize repeatable processes by creating board templates for your team and use templates to quickly set up and plan for new initiatives.

@Lillian One last question for you, does the functionality exist to be able to define the file attachment types for the various workspaces? I just newly became the product owner for CWS and I'm trying to make sure I have the full picture of what it can and cannot do.

@LailaL https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/xanadu-platform-administration/page/administer/form-administratio... Please see this documentation on how to restrict certain attachment types. However, this modification will be across all record types in the platform, I'm not aware of a method to configure by workspace.

@Lillian Are you able to add a time field to the Start and End fields?

@fluke Dates do not have time but as an alternative, I recommend adding a custom column type of short description e.g. "Start Time", "End Time"

We've installed CWM and are experiencing a limitation with the Kanban Board View. We are unable to create our own "custom" swimlanes and can only use what is available out of the box under "vertical lanes". Is there a way to make your own or add your own vertical lanes to customize the boards further?

@Deb McDaniel From the list view, you can add a custom column which can then be used as a vertical lane on the kanban view.
You'll be able to use any single-select choice field as a vertical lane such as a Dropdown, People, or Reference type column. Note that a Label type column cannot be used as a vertical lane as it is multi-select.
You can find more information on adding custom columns here: https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-it-business-management/page/product/collab-work-mgmt...

Hi Lori
At present, we are able to surface tasks associated with SPM, including Project tasks, Demand tasks, Story, Risk, Issue, Demand, Action, and Change requests.
However, please be assured that we have plans to expand these capabilities and make them configurable in future versions.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Sunil

Hi all,
I'd like to draw your attention to a couple of new resources that we added to this article:
- our guidance for Agile teams which covers the agile features in CWM as well as how it connected to Enterprise Agile Planning
- Use Case deck (see attachments) to spark ideas for how CWM can be used across your organization
Thank you!
