CWM Kanban Board - header labels missing

Hi,

Have you ever experienced this behavior?

Observed issues :
- header for each column is missing

- tasks can not be moved up and down in the same column

Furthermore, this board is very hard to use, due to missing certain normal features of other dashboards:
1. Can't cancel/delete a task, once created
2. Can't archive completed/irrelevant tasks

Really appreciate any advice. Thanks!

Hi Peter,

Can you please confirm the Zurich patch version you have been upgraded?
One similar issue for the kanban has been addressed in ZP3. 
Nevertheless we can assist more precisely if you could open a support case with us as Lillian mentioned above.

Also, please note that re-ranking is supported in list and grid and not in Kanban at the moment as this could have adverse affects on the relations and ranking.

Deleting of tasks is available in the context menu actions in list/gantt. You can select task(s) and mark them delete.
We will happy be discuss and troubleshoot further via support case.
