CWM widget buttons not working; unable to create new space

Hello,

Setup Collaborative Workspace Management in our non_production instance but unable to create new space. Nothing happens when I click on any of the options illustrated.

 

I was able to go directly to the table [sn_cwm_space] and create Test space, but still unable to use any of the widget buttons.

Ran a repair and still the same issue.
Any suggestions?

Hi,

The flow specified should not be an issue. 
Can you please check if you have Docs Component(sn_docs) plugin?
Are you able to test with other user by creating space within the workspace and then create Board/Doc?

Also please let us know which version of CWM are you using so that we can guide in the right direction.
