Are you able to track time to a task in CWM as you would in other spaces?

We also track time worked across all tickets: incidents, RITMs, stories, scrum tasks, etc. If we are considering starting to use CWM, we need to be able to continue registering time. In addition, we capture optional information such as whether the time is actual or planned, and the rate applied when logging time (we have different rates). We then perform an aggregated cost calculation by summing all the time entries recorded on a ticket and multiplying them by the corresponding technician rates.

This thread is super helpful to a discovery I am conducting right now. @veromoral Where do you perform this calculation? Are you using resource assignment or using the fields in incidents and stories?
I would love to setup time with you and learn more. Please drop an email here and I will schedule some time with you cwmcommunity@servicenow.com

We are also in the same position where seeing Agile being drepicated toward CWM, we definitively need to ba able to enter time against a CWM task.

@Sylvain girard I would love to hear about the types of tasks you are tracking in CWM and need for tracking time against them. If you are interested in sharing your feedback, feel free to leave some feedback here ServiceNow Timecard User Feedback – Fill out form  or drop an email to cwmcommunity@servicenow.com. I would set some time with you.

Hello, Aishwarya --- is that email available to ask more specific questions?

I am running into a problem with where to track time --- do we continue tracking it on the story form as we always have or can we track time on the CWM task as is being asked?

I am also running into a problem with the "sprint". We currently have stories tied to sprints which are then tied to a release --- but when I look at a story managed in CWM it has the sprint field populated, when I look at the same story populated in the Fulfiller view no sprint is selected. Is there a way to sync between the cwm sprint field and the sprint field on the story? We could build that sync, but I'm not exactly clear which tables are involved and if there is already a sync up.
