Unable to see the Team Agile Tool field in Zurich

We upgraded our Platform to Zurich and all the corresponding modules to the latest version. I am still not seeing the "Team Agile Tool" to choose CWM or EAP as a team level planning tool. What am I missing?

Following...  Ran into the same issue in my PDI.

Make sure you have all the latest version for all the plugins. 

We had our SPM Team form customized, we had to add this field to this form and i was able to get it work.

After the update, the existing module did not work as expected [some time]  which means it needs to be upgraded. Please check whether CWM has the latest version installed or try repairing it. Also, this might be a role-related issue where you do not have the required access to use this feature.
