Hello Everyone,
Did you know that you can sort a grouped list view by the number of rows per group?
Just append one of the two parameters to the URL:
&sysparm_group_sort=COUNT
or
&sysparm_group_sort=COUNTDESC
Below is the example of the incident list sort by number of tickets per caller:
