Solution:
The ServiceNow Security Centre is facilitating the implementation of the solution through the utilization of Out-Of-Box (OOB) Capabilities. This approach involves two steps. Primarily, this task will be managed by the Administrator persona. The administrative team will consistently perform the necessary housekeeping duties. In the output, several items will require support from the development, process, and Business As Usual teams. Based on the findings, these items should be assigned to the relevant team and monitored until resolution is achieved.

 

Step-1: Conduct the auditor scan and gather the most recent findings from the ServiceNow instance.

Log in using the admin account and adhere to the following steps:

 

Home page > Left Navigation Pane > Security Center > Security Scanner > Suites > Click New > Specify the 'User defined' suite name > Save > Execute Suite Scan

The following 2 options are supporting to achieve your desired state.

Option-1:

Navigate to HomePage > Left Navigation Pane > Security Center > Security Scanner > Auditor Finding Record.
