Can anyone tell me how to make it possible to create two selectable columns in this Catalog Item 'New Starter' for Permanent Employee and Contractor, in which it will be possible to fill in the same data only for a specific selection? How to create it so that you can choose one of two options and then have the form show the appropriate fields?
