A user is present in the groups and has been added, but is not getting approvals

HI All,

 

User is present in the groups and has been added, but is not receiving notifications group roles and permissions appropriate to the group. I`ve checked the status of groups which is active. Can I know how to approach and check to get if getting approvals or not.

Did you check that user is active, not locked out and has notification preference enabled, email address populated in user record?

Hi @gautamvarma , Is the user active? Also, Is his Notification enables in the user profile?

If you have roles, you can impersonate him and check his approvals or you can check yourself in the approval table, if you are admin. 

Yes I`ve checked Gopika but I am not able to get what the problem is?
