About displaying Subcategory on incident

Hello, It's Kentaro.

I have question about displaying Subcategory on incident.

The category selected on the form is mapped to subcategory on incident table.

However, it looks different depending on the screen.

Label is displayed.

When you hover your mouse over the i mark in the record list.

Label is displayed.

When opening a record from the record list (Classic UI)

Value is displayed instead of Label.

I want to display the Label.

This is the corresponding record of Subcategory.
How can I display Label instead of Value in Classic UI?

Thanks,

Kentaro.

@Kentaro Numata This looks like a bug to me as ideally the label should have been shown in place of value. A use has reported the similar issue here https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/choice-list-shows-values-on-list-view-instead-o.... I recommend you to follow his approach and see if it works.
