Access to approve a request item,

Hi Connection,

How to provide access/roles to a group just need to approve a requested item for their BU nothing else

Generally to approve a request item the person doing the approval would require an ITIL or Business Stakeholder license.

You can add those roles directly to the individual or at the group level (careful with this though as all group members automatically get assigned a license).

You can provide approver_user role to the group (This role will cost you license)... I hope this help...

There are 2 parts

1. Need to give approver Role

2. To write script to restrict the user to approve only the request of his/her BU.
