Global search - results by employee phone number

Hi,

Is it possible to configure the global search to find incidents, for example, by the caller's phone number?

Scenario:

1. Abel Tuter has three open incidents, he has a phone number stored in his user object.

2. The agent wants to search Abel's tickets on global search with his phone number.

Atul: If you enter only phone number in Global search it will find only user record.

2. The agent wants to search Abel's tickets on global search with his phone number.

Atul: Not possible as of now. Until unless you add Incident as related list in user table.
