I m trying to  cti soft phone integration with snow platform using customer service with field service management plugin, but the click to dial feature is not working for me. i am getting below error while trying to dial from service now platform.Access to Script Include global.CTIAjaxUtility blocked from scope: sn_openframe

Hello Ayusha,

Is this issue resolved with activation of a plugin? or did you fix the script include accessible from setting?

By installing CTI softphone the issue resolved but is it necessary to install CTI softphone plugin for click to dial feature?

This is what is mentioned in the Docs

Computer telephony integration (CTI)

Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) enables the Customer Service application to support inbound and outbound telephone calls.

  • Customer service agents can do the following with CTI:
  • Make an outgoing call to a phone number.
  • Receive an incoming call from a phone number or from another user within the system.
  • Transfer a call to another user within the system.
  • Place a call on mute.
  • Set their availability status.

No, with just activating OpenFrame plugin i m not able to do click to dial feature and i am getting the error Access to Script Include global.CTIAjaxUtility blocked from scope: sn_openframe. After i installed CTI softphone that feature is working for me.But i need it with out cti softphone plugin.
