ACL Rules

I am trying to apply ACL rules to a scoped application (create,read & write). But on impersonating, I could only see columns of the table but can't create. How can this be solved?

Greetings!

To write on ACL, you have to elevate your role to security_admin. Then only ACLs can be edited.
