Hello Community,
I have a request came through to create an additional catalogue task in an existing Catalogue request.
When a person leaves from a particular department of the company, it needs to create an additional Catalogue task that needs to be assigned automatically to one of the group in ServiceNow. The existing catalogue request already have it's workflow created but this additional task needs to be created into it. Can I create this additional task within this existing workflow using script?
I don't know how to progress with this further being new to ServiceNow.
Can anyone please help with the code and some understanding how this can be achieved?
