Add additional comments field on change form

Hi All,

I have to add additional comments field in change form as same as it is present in incident.

I have to add this in change form in the related list. Please help me.

Add the column to the table with the below configurations (change table name based on your requirement)

Hi Tejaswani,

both fields additional comments and work notes are present on change request table. only you need to configure the form design/layout.

Hi Tejaswani,

"Additional Comments" field is available in slush bucket. You need to select that with help of form layout option from the configuration.
