Add Live agent option in card

Hi Team,

I need to a add "Chat with live agent" option in the results of KB articles. Could you please help me in the steps where to navigate and add extra options (Chat with live agent) to it?

Example: If we search for printer issue, it will give few KB articles with 2 options "I need more help..." and "Ask something else..." After these options, I need one more option on the same card "Chat with agent".
