Added additional comments is not visible

Hi All,

In our instance user created an incident with additional comments but it's not visible in activity area. I have checked the journal history & there is an entry for such comments.

I dono which one is causing this issue, If anyone have any idea to solve this issue kindly help me.

Yes, all activity filter checkbox are selected only also no one can see the additional comments including admins


Then, in that case, please check if there are any ACL's on that table and also check whether the field added is an out of box additional comments or custom created one.
