Adding cc in Reply Emails

Hi everyone!

Is it possible to add cc in reply emails only?

For example, Servicenow will send an outbound email to the recipient and if the recipient reply to that email, it should cc the HR group. 

I tried to search here in community but I can't find any same case.

I'd appreciate any help. Thank you so in advance !
