Adding Direct links to the Employee center not under Quick Links.

I added a link through the Quick link but it is coming like as shown in image but i need if i click on that Child topic it will directly directs to the that link in separate Browser.

You can use below link as reference. You should write Target: 'New Window(_blank)' in your widget to achieve your requirement.
