Adding Videos to Knowledge Article

HI Everyone,

This is regarding adding video files into knowledge articles. I have few queries regarding insertion of video file into a KB article.

1. Who has the access to upload a video file into a KB article. (As per my knowledge only users who has role admin or image_admin can have access).

2. Just like format of video(MP4), Do we have any size limitation for inserting into article.

3. Where will this video stores. Does it consumes any memory of instance.

4. Do we have any performance issue if a user uploads a video of larger sizes (like 1GB and greater)

5. How to limit the size of video ?

They would require the image_admin role.

As far as size, there isn't a "limitation", exactly, but there is guidance on limiting it to less than 1GB: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/jakarta-servicenow-platform/page/administer/form-administration/r...

Another method would be to load them somewhere else, and then link to it?
