Hi, It's Ken.
I added a reference field column for Assigned to from Form Layout.
It was displayed in DEV and STG.
But it doesn't appear in PRO.
I assume it's due to lack of Roles, where can I investigate the cause?

Hey,
There could be any possibility.
E.g.-
- Might be changes not moved correctly on PROD. Re-check the 'customer updates' in update sets or Form Layout.
- Check the view on PROD, in which view the form is getting opened and check in which view you have added the fields on DEV.
- For debugging , check your PROD roles and group and make the same roles and groups in dev and then do hit and trial to check if you are able to see the columns or not.
Let me know if you have more information on this. So, we can able to understand it more.
Hope this helps!
Regards,
Kartik

Hi Kentaro,
what do you mean by lack of roles? Doesn’t you have admin on Prod? If you have, you should be able to view the additional fields on Prod after adding them on prod just like on dev. Also ensure that fields is not de-selected in view on the form.

Can please check the view once. In which view you have added those fields in dev and STG. Please ensure you are in the same view in the prod to see the fields
