Additional Comments and Work notes cosmetic issue

I created a Notes section in the Requested item [sc_req_item] and Catalog task [sc_task] forms. The content of this section should be the same as the content of the Notes section of incident.

For Incident and Requested item forms, the Work notes field is on top of the Additional comments field, but for the Catalog task form, it is the other way around (Additional Comments is on top of the Work notes field).

The layout for the section Notes of Requested item and Catalog task forms are identical as shown in the screenshots below.

I know this is a minor issue but it will be really appreciated if this is resolved. Thank you in advance!

Could you please confim me these fields are custom or OOB you are using ?

Check if there are any UI Policies or Client Scripts that might manipulate the visibility or layout of these fields dynamically. Make sure they don’t conflict with your layout changes.
