Additional Comments and Work notes cosmetic issue

I created a Notes section in the Requested item [sc_req_item] and Catalog task [sc_task] forms. The content of this section should be the same as the content of the Notes section of incident.
For Incident and Requested item forms, the Work notes field is on top of the Additional comments field, but for the Catalog task form, it is the other way around (Additional Comments is on top of the Work notes field).
The layout for the section Notes of Requested item and Catalog task forms are identical as shown in the screenshots below.

I know this is a minor issue but it will be really appreciated if this is resolved. Thank you in advance!

The order seems to depend on how you configured the "Activities" element in the form.

If you check the last two screenshots in my post, I did the same thing on the form layouts of both forms.

Please use filter activity -> configure available field to configure the activities.

Yes, even on here, both forms are configured the same way.
