I have got an issue whereby the Additional comments made on the SCTASK copy over to the RITM but on the RITM the comment made shows that it has been made by "SYSTEM". (Please see example below)
On the SCTASK they show up just fine, I disabled the Business rule that copies SCTASKS to the RITM first to see what would happen and it still does the above, if I make the BR active there is the comment with the users name and then another comment above or below with "SYSTEM" (essentially duplicated but one is as it should be and the other has the user replaced with "SYSTEM").
I can't seem to pinpoint where the issue may come from as OOB this is not a thing, I checked additional BR to see if anything new was added for the Table or to do with Additional comments but couldn't find anything obvious, has anyone seen this before or is there anything that I could try?
