Additional Record producer challenges

I have few questions after adding this additional record producer. Any suggestions?

We created a new record producer(second one) to get additional items, when the user clicks on the link from the notification This is partly working and we still have challenges and would really appreciate your help on this.

 

  1. We can add additional items -  this is working and this is been added to the same case (To the related list of the original case) – Thank you for the solution
  2. We added Second variable to ask for additional information – We need to map this to the parent case field – ‘Notes’  I am still not sure how to achieve  this?  A separate case is being created and it is not going to the same case.
  3. Attachments are still in issue. It cannot go to the case. Instead it is creating a separate case. Could you please suggest if there are any other ways, we can get these attachments to go to the original case?
  4. We send an link – Notification link –  This has to expire when the case is closed. Case status is closed 

If the user clicks on the link, may be there should be an error message saying that case is been closed or something. – How can we achieve this? Any ideas?

  1. When we send the link in the notification, say suppose, if the user forwards the message, how would we control? the link won’t open for other people

Other than the requestor? – any suggestions?
