A request has come through to integrate our new Airwatch system with ServiceNow.
The idea is a regular call to the Airwatch database will pull updated information about devices into an import set and then sync it with the Communication table via a transform map.
Has anyone used Airwatch before or Implemented an import such as this?

I've not integrated Airwatch into SNC, but it looks like they have SOAP and REST APIs to do so.

SNC has both REST and SOAP capabilities. It looks like SOAP would be a bit simpler and more flexible to implement from my POV.

Hi
I do not know if you still need it but there is a solution for that www.mobichord.com
Hope this is what you are looking for.
It has full CMDB and Asset integration
Supports enrolling devices from Service Catalog and in bulk by admins, as well as installing mobile apps to devices from Self Service and centrally.
Regards,
Alexey

Hello Neil,
We were also looking at mobichord and looking over what they do vs a SOAP/REST integration. I am still in the development phase but I like the idea of doing this through the AW API better than a 3rd party when their API looks decently robust. AW has the documentation on their SOAP/REST API hidden, we had to open a support case to get a copy because their help webpage only mentioned it. It should be 2 PDFs named "AriWatch REST PAI v7.2.pdf" and "AirWatch SOAP Guide v7.2.pdf". I would attach it but this blog does not allow attachments .
