After Receiving the Reports through scheduled some columns are getting empty

Hi All,

 

When the report is scheduled to me, I received the file in my email (as expected) but the fields some fields are empty.

 

  • We cannot understand why this is the case for the columns where we have data populated in the report on ServiceNow. 
  • This is a concern because reports are often scheduled to be sent to various Users ... and if the report is not providing all the data then this is an issue.

Please let us know how we can find this is will not as repeat.

Hello @Sirri ,

 

Set Run as you and users as all recipients for all the scheduled reports and then check whether the report is showing all the data in the columns or not

We have tried this also   only some columns are empty some or not empty.

Hi @Sirri, This could be due to the ACL issue, try to check the READ ACLs for the data that is empty in the report.

We have checked there is No ACL for that field. we have tried many ways. We have raised the case with Vendor Investigation is in progress.
