Hi,
I have admin role in my dev instance, and I wanted to install and see the working of Agent Mobile for the itil users. I logged in to the dev instance and able to see the different navigation tabs and all. Since I have the admin role, I just wanted to confirm whether this view is same as well for the itil users also. Does both the users have the same views?

They should be able to see the same menu option (symbol) in mobile app bottom , that you see unless you have done some level of configuration to restrict it. Just that numbers of records that you will see as an admin would be higher and those users will only see what they have raised or someone assigned to them.
