I set-up the Agent Workspace for our level 1 to create Call/Incident records. Added Caller, SLA ribbon settings.
Now I would like to add an Announcement/News/Communication so that we can communicate any Critical/Major/System Down instances to these level 1 folks so that they are in the know. Did anyone do this ?

From what I understand all Ribbon customizations will need to wait on the "New Design System" coming up in Orlando.
