How can we enable AI search for agent workspace ??

Hello @Community Alums , I want to enable AI search for Agent Workspace in tokyo version . Is it possible ?? The link that you have shared is saying it doesn't exist for any other version other than utah. I am configuring everything for "Agent Workspace"but it is not working. Thank You !!

Hi Shivam,

You will not be able to activate AI Search for agent workspace.

Agent workspace is scheduled for deprecation, so you should start looking at moving to Service Operations Workspace, which does support AI Search:
AI Search in Service Operations Workspace for ITSM (servicenow.com)
