AI Search in Employee Center Navigating to FORM page instead of kb_article

Hi all,
When I search an article in the employee center and click on the suggested results it is getting navigated to the form page rather than the kb_article page. I checked this table 'sp_ai_search_results_action_config' according to other community posts, and also tried modifying the widget directly but nothing seems to be working. And also an info message 'You are either not authorized or record is not valid' is shown. This article is not visible even to admin when we click on the suggested search result. The article is actually present and the user has access to it. Kindly assist me in this.
