Hi Team,
We have 3 instances for our work , where we develop in Dev1 and after testing in Dev1 we moved to Dev2, after that we move to Live or Production instance. We have created a record producer which was successfully tested and worked in Dev1 & Dev2 with client able to search the record producer in Employee center. However while testing it in Production client cannot able to view that particular record producer in Employee center search or neither populating it, while the other client member are able to view the same record producer along with the same role given to the clients. We have also given accessbility of record producer to every client who search in Employee center. The issue is occuring with only one member of client who is having all the roles related to other members.
FYI: The same issue is not occuring in Dev1 and Dev2.
