Alias Table Column Headers/Values in Report?

Greetings,

I have a tabular report.  Just wondering... is there a way to do the following 2 things....

1. Change the column header for a given column?  (e.g. a sc_task table report, it says "Assignment Group", I would call it "Working Group".

2. Alias values in the column.  (e.g. I have a column that shows tags.  If my tag says "FlagForReview", I want the row to display "Needs Review").

Configure Report Labels: Aliases

1. Click Configure Report Labels. The Configure aliases window has tabs for all the columns that you have selected for the report.
2. Select a column that should have aliases for either the column name, or its values, or both. ...
3. Set aliases for the values in the selected column.

Awesome!  Exactly what I would need for the header. 🙂  Would you be able to do something similar to alias the value in a row?

My challenge is that for some reports the consumers do not speak the same language as fulfillers.  So the design of ServiceNow works for fulfillers, but some report readers don't understand things. 

So using the groups example... "Working Group" of "Facility  A Techs"... the people reading the report call them "Tier 1 Support". So it would be nice to be able to display different values in the reports so they can read it in their terms.
