Annotations not visible on form

Hi everyone, Im trying to add a annotation on a form using the default view, but when I add the notification it doesnt show anythink can anyone help ?

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar, Im doing this changes on the "App Engine Studio" where you can change the "Default View" of the form
