Announcement is not visible in service portal

Created Announcement and announcement is not visible in service portal in prod instance. Where this is working dev and test.

checked system properties and widget, everything is same as dev. 

can someone suggest on this?

It sounds like the issue may be related to the portal configuration for the announcement. To troubleshoot, please try the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the Service Portal > Announcements and open the announcement record that isn't visible in production.

  2. In the Portals section of the Announcement Record,

    • Ensure that 'Service Portal' is listed as one of the portals for which the announcement is intended to be visible. If it's missing, add it to the list.

    • Check the 'Display style' field. If it's empty or points to a non-existent record, select a valid display style from the list.
  3. An inactive theme plugin, such as com.glide.service-portal.themes.la-jolla, can cause this issue. Activate the required plugin through the plugin list if it is not already active.

every content has a publish schedule,Please check if the schedule is active and the duration is still relevant
